Did you receive an incorrect item? We guarantee that you will receive the item(s) that are on your receipt. If you do not receive all items that you ordered or incorrect items please contact us within 36 hours and we will make it right. Wrongly shipped items must be returned to us in their original product package with all documentation in order to receive credit. Please follow the return policies below to be sure to receive your refund.

Did you receive a defective item? We guarantee that you will receive the items you ordered in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item please contact us within 36 hours so we can get you an undamaged item. Please keep all packaging and paperwork for processing claims.

Need to exchange an item? Pet Expertise keeps it simple! In order to keep our prices low and simplify processes, you can simply return the item(s) using the return instructions below and place a new order for the item(s) you would like at any time with no waiting necessary.

Need to return an item?:

  • You may return an item to us within 30 days of your receipt of the item in it's original condition including packaging (if applicable). Contact us for return authorization and instructions.

  • When we receive your return we will refund you via the method that you paid originally. Please note that Shipping charges will not be refunded.. If you received free shipping, our actual incurred shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Notes about returning individual items:

  • Easy Walk Harness: If you are having trouble getting your Easy Walk Harness to fit or work properly and would like help with it, please take a look at the tips you received free with your harness (printed guide as well as link to our customer guide on your receipt) or contact us. Most of our customers love the Easy Walk Harness once it is fitted properly, but sometimes it takes a bit of patience to get it just right.

  • Antler: If your dog does not want to chew on his antler, please check out our tips.

  • Items that cannot be returned because they are custom made:

  • Items that cannot be returned once they are used due to sanitary concerns:

    • Belly Bands

    • Big Shrimpy Dog Beds

    • PiddleWee Pads

    • Poochpants

    • Pet-A-Potty

    • Pup-Head

    • Treats, Food

  • Items that require restocking fees:

    • Bark Collars: 15% 

    • Big Shrimpy Dog Beds (If unused): $15

    • Pup-Head: $10 for unused potties (used potties cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons).

    • SturdiBag (if unused): 15%

    • Pet Gates, Exercise Pens and Crates: 15%
