I am very happy with both the product and the service. I am particularly pleased that you wave shipping costs on the large bags of Urban Wolf. Feeding Urban Wolf to three dogs (albeit one is a 15 pound Havanese in contrast to the two 80 lb labs) is a considerable financial investment in their health as it is. I don't have a local resource, so I have to order. Not having to pay shipping really helps.
As for the Urban Wolf, we are sold on it. Our dogs used to cover the house with hair. Shedding has reduced by at least 75% (as measured by the volume of hair I dump out of my Dyson, so there is some objective measure!) It is really amazing. Their coats are lush and full of shine. One of our labs is 11 years old. She has hip dysplasia and was showing a considerable limp after exercise. That has been greatly reduced. We haven't changed anything else, so I have to attribute it to the food. An added plus is that their stools are very regular and easy to pick up. We will continue to order Urban Wolf from you, and I always peruse the website for other items of interest.
