Features and benefits:

Attached to the lowest possible component of the bicycle (the rear triangle), BikerDog reduces the risk of wobble.
BikerDog’s patented design, including the strong yet flexible rod, absorbs up to 90% of the forces caused by your dog pulling on the bike.
Biker Dog can easily be converted into a walking leash by the removal of a single pin.
Without the flexible rod inserted, the BikerDog protrudes from the bike side only 1" which allows BikerDog to remain on the bike when not in use.
BikerDog allows for tight trail riding. BikerDog can easily be installed on either side of the bike to accommodate any riding conditions or terrain.
The BikerDog harness is designed with your dog’s comfort in mind, keeping any tension on your dog’s chest and shoulders, instead of his neck. The harness has multiple attachment rings and can be attached to BikerDog from either side. This means that the harness is less likely to twist on the dog or to contribute to an unnatural gait during use. The BikerDog harness can also be used as a regular walking harness.
Pet Expertise Note: Our owner, Jess rode her bike while hubby tried to knock her down by yanking as hard as he could on the BikerDog leash. Now, Jess does NOT have good balance and Ken is significantly bigger than her, but she did not come close to loosing her balance. This is an excellent product!

Success almost immediately! Pretty amazing how I kept my balance. The harnesses that come with are fantastic, no strangling. My dogs sleep better than ever. I have gone about 2 miles max with them. I was a bit nervous about trying out the Bikerdog, especially with my 2 year old..... My older girl is very well behaved but still! I took her for a very short ride yesterday. This morning I tool the boy first. (again very short) When I put the harness on Grace she barked with excitement and the bike felt very secure (even when she spotted a rabbit!) We will spend a week herding this summer and they will be in shape for that. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this item!
