I LOVE our Maxi Pet Gate. We have an open plan house with a tiled kitchen and carpeting everywhere else. Our Maxi Pet Gate separates the kitchen from the rest of the house, spanning a wide, irregular area by curving from one attachment site to the other. It was easy to install and has been secure, yet easy to remove for 2 years. The door opens and closes (and latches) easily with one hand and the 30" height has never been challenged by our 2 Australian shepherds and 2 English shepards. The gate has helped us raise a puppy and a rescue dog that was not housetrained when we got him and now we can manage our feeble, elderly dog who can't always make it outside to do her business. Our pet gate has made living with four dogs much, much easier. When I went looking for a gate, I started with Pet Expertise because I knew the owner, Jess, evaulates all the products she sells. I thought the price was reasonable and daily appreciate it.
