Important information: Intended for walks only. Please remove collar when not walking your dog. No returns: We cannot take returns on this item since it is custom made for your dog. However, If you have a problem with your collar we will do what we can to make it right!

Shipping: Cradle collars are custom made. Please allow us five days to create your collar in addition to the time quoted in your chosen shipping method. If you order other items from our warehouse, we will ship all items together when your collar is completed.

Sizing Instructions and Tips:

Please read all instructions, view diagram and video.

• Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of rope plus a ruler.

• Study the diagram and video below, and write down each measurement and then measure again! If the numbers do not match closely, keep measuring until you get consistent measurements.

• It's easiest to measure if you have a second person available to occupy your dog by feeding treats.

• Be sure to measure the dog, not the fur.

• Avoid pulling the measuring tape tight, but please do not add extra room either.

• Enter your measurements (in inches) in the option boxes above.

1. Neck Measurement: Measure the middle of the neck, quite snug/tight against the skin.

2. Throat Length Measurement: Measure from the very top of your dog's throat (just under the chin) to the top of the breast bone (bump of bone between front shoulders). It's easiest to get this measurement with your dog sitting.

3. Head Measurement: Wrap the tape measure around your dog's head starting from under the chin and going over the top of his head just in front of the ears. [note that the video says to go over the ears, but we now think it is better and easier to measure just in front of the ears instead.]. This is the most important measurement in creating your collar.
